Junior Chamber, or "Jaycees", are in their ninth
decade of service to their members' communities and country.
Founded in St. Louis, Missouri in 1920, the Jaycees have grown
to be the largest leadership training organization in the world,
offering members, ages 18-40, the opportunity of self-improvement
through community involvement.
Being a member
of the Willmar Chapter, chartered in October 1947, you will
have the opportunity to participate in projects and programs
that benefit the community and our members. You will learn
about yourself and others while you work, and ultimately, grow
as a person because of your experiences.
We believe
you can benefit from membership in the Jaycees organization.
We encourage you to join now. Remember, to change things we
don't like, we must get involved. Past president Ronald Reagan,
when speaking to the U.S. Junior Chamber, put it very clearly: "If
not you, then who? If not now, then when?"
